Notes on returns
How can I return an item?
You can exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days of delivery and return your order to us.
If you would like to return your product within Germany, please use our returns portal to create a DHL label / QR code.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To exchange an item, send the item back to us via the returns portal as described above. Then create an order with the correct item.
WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I RETURN THE ITEMS TO?
Please create a return label via the returns portal. Please do not send the items to the address given in the imprint. Our warehouse is not here.
As soon as the goods have arrived in our warehouse, we need about 5-10 working days to process the return.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO NOTE WHEN RETURNING?
Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused. We accept returns as long as the hangtags are still attached and there are no signs of wear (e.g. make-up, deodorant, etc.).
As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse and have been checked, we will refund the purchase price to the payment method you originally used.
The shipping costs incurred for shipping will not be reimbursed.
